Booking Policy
Thank you for choosing my services. Please take a moment to read the booking policy below, as it helps ensure a smooth, fair and relaxed experience for both of us.

Booking & Payment
• All appointments are paid in advance to secure the booking.
• An appointment is considered confirmed only once payment has been received.
• Payments are non-refundable, except where stated in the cancellation policy below.
• In order to rebook after a late cancellation or no-show, any outstanding fee must be paid first.
Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge.
• Cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, however the booking may be rescheduled once.
• Cancellations made within 24–12 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will be charged in full.

Grace Period (Late Arrivals – Clients)
• I understand that delays can happen, so I offer a 15-minute grace period.
• If you arrive within this time, I’ll do my best to continue with your appointment.
• The full treatment price will still apply.
• Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be treated as a late cancellation.

Mobile Services – Travel & Timing
• As my services are mobile and involve travelling across London, traffic and parking can sometimes be unpredictable.
• A 10–15 minute travel margin may occasionally apply due to these circumstances.
• Appointments will still go ahead if the delay is within this margin.
My aim is always to provide a calm, professional and unhurried service.

Treatment Timing & Suitability
• Service duration may vary depending on individual needs, previous treatments and consultation findings.
• Honest advice will always be given on what is suitable and achievable.

Home Studio Appointments
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Appointments are one-to-one only, unless agreed in advance.
• My home studio is a private, professional space, and clients are kindly asked to respect the environment.

Consultation, Consent & Client Responsibility
• Before we get started, I’ll explain the treatment in detail, including what to expect and any potential risks or complications.
• For certain treatments, you may be asked to sign a consent form.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding medical history, allergies, previous treatments and contraindications.

Results & Expectations
• While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, results cannot be guaranteed, as outcomes vary from person to person.

Photos
• Before and after photos may be taken for insurance and record-keeping purposes.
• These images will not be shared online without your permission.

Price Updates
• Prices may change from time to time.
• Prices will increase from February 2026, and all bookings made from that point onward will be charged at the updated rate.

Professional Boundaries & Right to Refuse Service
• I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a treatment is deemed unsuitable or unsafe, or if professional boundaries are not respected.
• This is to ensure a safe, respectful and professional experience for both parties.

Unforeseen Circumstances
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond my control (such as illness, transport disruption or emergencies), appointments may need to be rescheduled.
• Clients will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.

Agreement to Policy
• By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the booking policy stated on this website.
• Any exceptions to this policy must be agreed in writing.
