Service Description
Wedding days can be stressful but as a professional makeup artist it is my responsibility to make you happy and relaxed and ensure that you look and feel beautiful on your wedding day! My goal is to ensure you have the magical start to the biggest day of your life.Whether you’re after a makeup that’s a timeless classic or a contemporary soft, relaxed looking, your wedding day makeup should be beautiful and stay looking great right up to the last dance. Allow a 2 hour session working together to create a the perfect Make up look for your big day in your chosen home or venue of choice. I also offer braid maids / mother of the bride /groom makeup services.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing my services. Please take a moment to read the booking policy below. All appointments are paid in advance to secure the booking. An appointment is confirmed only once payment has been received. Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined below. Any outstanding fees must be paid before rebooking after a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge. Cancellations or reschedules made between 48 and 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, however the booking may be rescheduled once. Cancellations made within 24–12 hours will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to attend the appointment, will be charged in full. Grace Period (Late Arrivals – Clients) A 15-minute grace period is offered. If you arrive within this time, I’ll do my best to continue with your appointment. The full treatment price still applies. Arrivals later than 15 minutes may be treated as a late cancellation. Mobile Services – Travel & Timing As my services are mobile and involve travelling across London, traffic and parking can be unpredictable. A 10–15 minute travel margin may occasionally apply. Appointments will still go ahead if the delay is within this margin. Home Studio Appointments Please arrive on time. Appointments are one-to-one only, unless agreed in advance. My home studio is a private, professional space and clients are kindly asked to respect it. Treatment Timing & Suitability Service duration may vary depending on individual needs, previous treatments and consultation findings. Results cannot be guaranteed. Honest advice will always be given on what is suitable and achievable. Consultation, Consent & Responsibility Treatments and potential risks will be explained before starting. Some treatments require a signed consent form. Clients are responsible for providing accurate medical and treatment information. Professional Boundaries & Unforeseen Circumstances I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if it is unsuitable, unsafe, or if boundaries are not respected. In rare situations beyond my control (illness, transport disruption, emergencies), appointments may need to be rescheduled. Agreement By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this booking policy. Any exceptions must be agreed in writing. Thank you for your ongoing support 🤍
